The design project includes 3 visits by the designer to select finishing materials and furniture.
*Engineering projects are not included in the design project. But we can make them at the request of the customer or the management company.

It is carried out during repair and finishing works and includes visits to the site by the designer, consultations and monitoring of compliance with the project implementation by the builders.
The author’s supervision is carried out by the author of the project, and is also controlled by the chief architect and one of the studio’s managers.
The designer will be with you from the first meeting to the final arrangement of decorative items. We believe that only such a thorough and maximally attentive approach to project control can lead to 100% success.
What is included in the author’s supervision:
- Control of builders for compliance of the work performed with the “design project”
- Adjustment of the design project if necessary or introduction of necessary design or engineering solutions.
- Coordination of all contractors, suppliers, as well as assistance in communication with the Management Company of the residential complex.
- Monitoring and making necessary adjustments to the project schedule.
Cost and conditions

- Стоимость авторского надзора в Киевской области – 1000 € в месяц.
The designer comes out once a week, the duration of the visit is no more than 3 hours.
