The cost of author's supervision in Kyiv is 600 € per month. The cost of author's supervision in the Kyiv region is 1000 € per month.
Full control of the construction designer on the project. You don't need to worry about anything - all repairs will be carried out according to our clear instructions.

CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR WORKS

In order to implement the design qualitatively and on time, our studio also offers services for construction and repair work. We cooperate only with highly qualified builders, which allows us to approach the implementation of the design as efficiently as possible.

MEETING WITH THE DESIGNER

Meeting with the designer and discussing the design project: the style of the future interior, functional requirements and tasks.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Drawing up technical specifications for the design in the form of a selection of pictures of the future interior.

SPECIALIST VISIT

A specialist will visit the site to conduct a visual inspection, take precise measurements of the premises and photograph the current position of the site.

DETAILED MEASUREMENTS

Detailed measurements of utility networks: communications, inputs and distribution of gasification systems, ventilation and air conditioning, heating, water supply.

SKETCH PROJECT

Sketch project – development of several variants of planning solutions. Creation of realistic images of the future project.

WORKING PROJECT

Working project – documentation developed on the basis of a draft project approved by the customer. Intended for carrying out construction work.
